Process & timeline

The complete process takes 10-15 days for Homepage + Brand Extension Package or 20-25 days (4-5 weeks) for Growth-Ready Website Package.We typically book 2-4 weeks in advance. The exact start date depends on our current booking pipeline, which we’ll discuss during your intro call.
Popular times (like before fundraising or product launches) book up quickly, so earlier booking is better.
All feedback is consolidated in Figma during design and in the development platform during build. We require one main point person for feedback to streamline the process and avoid conflicting directions.Revisions are built into the process during design and development phases. Changes must be within the defined scope.
The three concept boards represent different stylistic directions. If none resonate, we’ll explore why and create additional directions. This is rare because we invest heavily in the discovery phase to understand your preferences.However, selecting one direction and refining it produces better results than trying to combine elements from multiple concepts.
For Growth-Ready Website Package, we can often launch the homepage earlier while finishing additional pages. This depends on your specific timeline and needs—we’ll discuss options during kickoff.

Riley Hennigh (Founder & Creative Director) leads strategy and creative direction. You’ll work directly with Riley throughout, and with our design and development teams during execution. Riley oversees quality and direction at every stage.
We’ll need screenshots and product access to understand what we’re visualizing, but we create custom marketing illustrations rather than using raw screenshots directly. This helps us tell your story more effectively than product screenshots alone.
We require one main point person for feedback consolidation. This prevents conflicting directions and keeps the process efficient. Other team members can provide input through the main point of contact.
Multiple decision-makers without clear hierarchy creates delays and conflicting feedback. One point person streamlines everything.

Pricing & investment

Yes, pricing is fixed. Each package includes revisions during the design and development phases within the defined scope.If you need additional revisions beyond what’s included, or work outside package scope (like extra pages), we’ll discuss pricing upfront. Homepage + Brand Extension Package: Full payment upfront ($10,000)Growth-Ready Website Package:

  • Split payment: 50% at start, 50% at delivery with 20% fee (total $24,000)
For special circumstances, we can discuss alternative payment terms during the intro call.
If you need to pause after we’ve started, we’ll work with you to find a solution. The deposit/payment is non-refundable, but we’re flexible about rescheduling.Cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis. We’ll discuss your situation and find a fair resolution.

Yes. All sites are fully responsive and tested across devices. Mobile experience is a priority, especially for B2B SaaS audiences.
