The problem with traditional agencies
Most design agencies follow an outdated model that wastes your time and money:- Endless discovery phases - Weeks of meetings, workshops, and presentations before any design work begins
- Vague timelines - “6-12 weeks” that inevitably stretch to 6 months or longer
- Hourly billing - Unpredictable costs and surprise invoices as projects expand
- Scope creep - Projects that grow beyond original agreements without clear pricing
- Bloated teams - You talk to sales, then account managers, then project managers—rarely the actual designer
- Generalist approach - Agencies that design for everyone, so they’re experts in nothing

3
Review & feedback cycle
You review the three concept options and provide feedback. This is typically very low lift—usually 1-2 hours of your time.Together we’ll refine the chosen direction and align on next steps.
Week 2: Homepage Design
1
Figma mockups of homepage
We apply the selected visual direction to create detailed homepage mockups in Figma. The design includes all homepage sections, custom imagery, typography, and layout.
2
Async client review via Loom
You’ll receive a Loom video walkthrough explaining the design decisions and approach.Review at your own pace—no scheduled meetings required.

Revisions
We incorporate your feedback and refine the homepage design.Changes are consolidated through your main point person to keep the process efficient.

3
Homepage launch
Homepage goes live once approved. For Homepage + Brand Extension Package, project is complete at this point.
